How are peptides shipped?
All orders are shipped the same or next day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Peptides are shipped in insulated packaging to maintain stability. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Estimated domestic delivery is 2-4 business days.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We maintain a strict no refund and no return policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos for resolution at info@dmvresearch.shop.
How should research peptides be stored?
Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term laboratory storage or 2-8°C for short-term. Keep all products in a dry environment away from direct sunlight. All products are for in-vitro and pre-clinical research use only.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. Browsing and adding to cart are open to everyone, but an account is required to complete checkout. You can create one in seconds from the cart and you'll be returned to checkout automatically.
